Advance Hydrau Techs continuous shears can process a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap. Be it sheet metal scrap, automobile scrap, car/ ELV (End of Life Vehicles) auto bodies, pipe, and selected HMS our continuous shears are ideal for processing all of them.Our horizontally operating continuous shearing machine with pre-compression box has been developed to complement box shears(or inclined shears) to suit the needs of scrap processors processing upto 15 tonnes per hour. Scrap is continually fed into the loading chamber throughout the shearing cycle. The horizontally moving compressing unit presses the material to be processed which then falls into the shearing chamber. The material is further cut by the blades mounted on the front of the shear.
